Roughly one in four clinics that apply to join MaiCare passes verification.
Document audit
Business licence, accreditation certificates, sterilisation logs and every doctor's Ministry of Health licence.
On-site inspection
An unannounced visit covering theatre standards, imaging equipment, implant sourcing and emergency protocols.
Outcome review
Twelve months of anonymised case data: volumes, complication rates and revision cases.
Annual re-verification
Clinics are re-audited every year and delisted immediately if standards slip or patient complaints go unresolved.
Warranty
Complication & warranty policy
Dental warranty
Implants carry a 10-year warranty, crowns and bridges 5 years, veneers 3 years, subject to your follow-up schedule.
Orthopedic warranty
Implant-related complications within 12 months are corrected at no clinic cost, with MaiCare covering coordination.
If you can't return
Where returning to Vietnam isn't feasible, we contribute to corrective care through our partner network at home.
Insurance
Medical tourism cover
MaiCare works with specialist medical-travel insurers offering complication cover, trip interruption and emergency repatriation for planned treatment abroad. Cover is optional, quoted separately, and must be arranged before you travel.
